FRIEDLANDER, a company of the ORTEC group, entrusted Easycube with the mission of building in a record time prefabricated offices for their ILOGS Yard industrial base. The complete building consists of 4 open-space, 4 individual offices, 1 meeting room and a sanitary room.
Technical presentation
The modular construction designed and erected by our teams consists of offices and sanitary facilities on two levels. Easycube positioned itself as a general contractor to accompany the client from the design to the completion of this building, and built the covered enclosure, joinery, electrical connection, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems, flooring and furniture elements.
